Raising the Driving Age

In an unprecedented show of unity and support, Parliament allowed the introduction of Peter's bill to raise the driving age from 15 to 16 years old in Ooctober '07.

The move was met with overwhelming support from the public with some polls indicating as many as 87% of the country thought it was a good idea that fourth formers not be allowed behind the wheel.
