Palmerston North - Frank Owen
Frank is UnitedFuture's candidate for Palmerston North. Frank is a semi-retired life style farmer who was formerly in practice as a Chartered Accountant after which he ran his own professional training company, TEO Training.
Frank has been active in party politics since 1995, holding Treasurer/Board positions and has stood as a candidate in three elections. He is also currently on the board of UnitedFuture.
