We want to expand our marine reserves and develop a more comprehensive system to protect our marine environment for future generations. What we propose: Establish a graduated and comprehensive scheme for marine protection across our entire marine environment. Develop new marine protection categories to make certain areas non-commercial fishing while allowing recreational fishing.
