Frank Owen
Board Member
Frank is a semi-retired life style farmer living in the Wairarapa. He was formerly in practice as a Chartered Accountant after which he ran his own professional training company.
A self confessed political junkie, Frank has been active in party politics since 1995, holding Treasurer/Board positions and has stood as a candidate in three elections.
His particular concern as a Board Member is to see the membership base grow significantly across a wide cross section of society.
