BLOG: And then commonsense kicked in...

For my first blog I thought about expounding the virtues of commonsense. That particular virtue is often in scarce supply, (especially in the world of politics that relies heavily on ideology and tradition).

However, commonsense kicked in and I am going to begin with something much more commonsense than talking about commonsense.

So.…one question: How do you like our new website? Use the ‘add a comment’ link and share your thoughts using the other virtue lacking in the world of politics … yep, you guessed it – honesty.

On the whole I like it. I have a couple of navigation and display issues, but it has a much more interactive feel to it. The layout is much more attractive than the old site and draws the eye rather than glazes it.

Was disappointed when you changed it. I was registered to the previous forum, and suddenly found that I could not access it, or see if anyone had replied to my comments.

Also when registering today (30.8.07), although I ticked the "read & agree with the terms", I could not get any terms to come up, so that I could read them - just a blank page - rather strange.
