Welcome to the website of the United Future New Zealand party.
United Future New Zealand is a coalition between the United New Zealand and the Future New Zealand parties. Its leader is the Hon Peter Dunne MP, leader of United New Zealand, and the deputy leader is Anthony Walton, leader of Future New Zealand.
Why was United Future New Zealand formed?
The two parties came together because we share a common vision for a better New Zealand and this vision is reflected in policies that are similar on a wide range of issues.
How do we differ from other parties?
We will not let ideology get in the way of common sense and good policies for New Zealand families. At all times, we will act in the interests of all New Zealanders, whatever their age, background, and gender, to make our country the best in the world once more. We will not get bogged down in petty political point scoring, or break our promises and blame it on someone else. Nor will we trade away public health and education services, or public safety and security, and access to our natural environment.
Here you will find information on United Future's core principles, values and the policies we promote as member of the Parliament of New Zealand, both now and in the future. Our solutions are progressive and achievable. They are neither extreme nor ideological. They will help New Zealand do better.
We do not want for opportunities in this country. With the right leadership and policies there is nothing we cannot achieve!
